The Heroes of New Orleans (HONO) is a grassroots community organization dedicated to improving health, educational attainment, human welfare, and opportunities for youth, adults, and families in New Orleans.

MISSION & HISTORY.

Heroes of NOLA is a grass root career development focused non-profit organization dedicated to Youth Advocacy and holistically improving the achievement of young professionals in the areas of career path exposure, and educational attainment.

Our dream is simple - we aim to give hope to children who are living in difficult conditions or who are disadvantaged socially and economically.

This motto is extended to the elderly in our community as well, because they too are an integral part of success and movement. We believe that it is possible to reach out through mentorships and organization support to the hope that paves the path to a brighter future for the children and the city of New Orleans.

Our contribution is empowerment and we strive to be the voice of those who cannot speak.
