The vision of HONO is to foster a commitment to young people that will promote family-like systems, enhance interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future. Through our pledge and programs, we strive to instill the vital skills necessary for students to be successful in school, at home, and ultimately in life. Learn More
The Education and Training component is a high priority in helping both younger and older youth in obtaining their High School diplomas, focusing on interventions to aid the youth in achievement. We provide individualized screening protocols to determine the best learning pathway for enrolled students. Advancing to the best educational goal can take many forms. Students have different setbacks, dreams, and aspirations. This program is designed to help students create paths to a successful future which includes four precise learning pathways, High School Diploma, HISET certificate, Career Focus, Advanced Skill Trade. Within the screening process, our Academic Leadership Department, along with the assistance of the referring high school will aid the student in determining the appropriate direction to educational attainment, continue to higher education options or a more career focused path.
